Director at Large
Elizabeth Lerch has been the Senior Director of Development and Grants Management for the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP) since May of 2024. This is her second engagement with the non-profit economic development organization, having previously spent 12 years with CICP as a part of Conexus Indiana, the organization's advanced manufacturing and logistics initiative, and then moving to the umbrella organization to support strategic initiatives and special projects across CICP. In the intervening two-plus years, Elizabeth served as a Director of Business Partnerships for Indiana University, connecting companies with IU research, talent, and programmatic assets.
In her current role, Elizabeth focuses on building financial support for CICP’s five branded initiatives across two legal entities. She manages more than 25 active grants from state, federal, and private funding sources and contributes to all funding proposals.
Elizabeth grew up in South Bend, IN and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Butler University. She and her husband have two children, Griffin (12) and Madeleine (9). Elizabeth’s grandmother was a 1936 graduate of Broad Ripple High School.
